I just upgraded to Office 2007 and every time I open an office document - word, excel or powerpoint, the icons for those applications revert back to the default icons and I have to back into the iconpackage and keep changing them back to the ones in the package I am currently using.

 

Is there anything I can do to prevent this?  I am using windows vista if that matters any.
